Solnet Inc. (hereafter referred to as “Solnet”),  officially licensed under the relevant Japanese law, pursuant to an Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, executes fee-charging employment placement business and therefore establishes the following stipulations in relation with the Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as Policy) in the aim of protecting personally identifiable information of individuals (hereafter referred to as PII) as our corporate responsibility.

1. Definition of Personally Identifiable Information

PII is defined as information that can be used to uniquely identify, contact, or locate a single person, information including but not limited to name, date of birth, address, work history, codes and numbers (telephone number, email address).

2. Purpose of Collecting PII

The sole purpose of Solnet collecting PII is to execute fee-charging employment placement business properly and professionally, also to complete our service by providing individuals with necessary support by giving overall advice in relation with their career development.

3. Usage of PII

Solnet, strictly observing the Policy, will not disclose to any third parties any of PII that is collected from individuals without their prior consent, unless provided otherwise in the below cases:

a. when being amenable to laws and regulations

b. when one’s life and/ or one’s property is/ are at risk but the situation hardly allows to contact individuals for their permission of disclose of PII which belong to them

c. when national and/or local public bodies and/ or their subcontractors needing to execute their mission while keeping PII by obtaining approval of individuals that PII belongs to might influence or damage the execution of the mission

4. Disclosure, Correction, Removal of PII

In Solnet, we attempt to keep PII the latest and the most accurate as we can.  In case your PII Solet collected needs to be disclosed, corrected or removed from our database, please contact us through telephone (+81-(0)90-2229-1492). As soon as we affirm that the person calling is the subject that PII belongs to, we act upon the request promptly.

5. Security Measure to Protect PII

In Solnet, we take reasonable measures to protect PII against possible threats that those data might be exposed to such as unauthorized access to PII, loss of PII, damage to PII, falsification of PII, leakage of PII and others.
